客货共线铁路T梁和箱梁全寿命周期技术经济分析

详细测算了客货共线铁路简支T梁和简支箱梁桥的运营维护成本,发现简支T梁的运营维护成本远大于简支箱梁,其中人力成本占主要因素,简支T梁运营维护成本在全寿命周期成本的占比大于简支箱梁。考虑建设成本和运营维护成本,对比分析客货共线简支T梁和简支箱梁桥全寿命周期成本,得到简支箱梁全寿命成本小于简支T梁。以沪通铁路建设为实例,对比分析了简支T梁方案和简支箱梁方案的工程概算,发现使用客货共线铁路简支箱梁方案节省了工程建设投资并缩减了工期。

Technical and Economic Analysis on Life Cycle of T Girder and Box Girder on Mixed Passenger and Freight Railway

The costs of operation and maintenance of simply supported T girder and simply supported box girder bridges on mixed passenger and freight railway were calculated in detail.The cost of operation and maintenance of T girder is much larger than that of box girder,and the labor cost occupies the main part.The ratio of operation and maintenance cost to life cycle cost for the T girder is bigger than that of box girder.Considering the cost of construction and operation and maintenance,the life cycle costs of simple supported T girder and simple supported box girder bridges on mixed passenger and freight railway are compared and analyzed,and the conclusion that the life cycle cost of simple supported box girder is less than that of simple supported T girder is obtained.Taking Shanghai-Nantong railway construction as an example,the engineering budgets of the simple supported T girder scheme and the simple supported box girder scheme were compared and analyzed.It is found that the scheme of simply supported box girder on mixed passenger and freight railway saves construction investment and reduces construction period.
