| 摘 要： | 为提升邯郸货运服务水平,促进邯郸站货运增量,通过阐述邯郸站货运发展现状,针对存在的线路有效长短、到发线线路坡度大、待卸积压、邯钢专用铁路交接站能力不足等问题,以大力提升和扩充枢纽“线”上通过能力和“点”上运输能力为着力点,提出建立路企协调长效机制、深挖潜力提高效率、优化货运作业流程、提高卸车效率、加强运输生产分析、健全激励考核机制等促进邯郸站货运扩能增收的措施,以实现提高邯郸站货运作业能力、压缩车辆停时、提高货运收入的目的。
