凿岩台车在铁路隧道不同工法中的适用性

鉴于传统的采用风钻人工钻孔存在效率低、质量差等缺点,本文通过理论分析研究了隧道采用全断面法和台阶法施工时凿岩台车的适用性,给出了凿岩台车适用性评估方法及选型参考公式,并结合工程案例进行了阐述。研究结果表明,采用全断面法施工时凿岩台车的作业范围、一次性钻孔长度和钻孔直径决定了台车的适用性;采用台阶法施工时还应考虑台阶长度及高度对台车适用性的影响;台车选型时,只有当台车关键参数满足公式中要求时才能充分发挥台车的效能。

Applicability of Drilling Jumbo in Different Construction Methods of Railway Tunnel

In viewof such shortcomings as lowefficiency and poor quality etc of traditional manual drilling by pneumatic drilling,this paper studied the applicability of drilling jumbo in the tunnel construction with full section method and step method through theoretical analysis,gave the applicability evaluation method and selection reference formula of drilling jumbo,and expounded it by combining with engineering cases. The results showthat the applicability of drilling jumbo is determined by its working range,one-time drilling length and drilling diameter when full section construction method is adopted.The influence of the length and height of the steps on the applicability of the jumbo should also be considered when using the step construction method.W hen selecting the type of jumbo,the efficiency of jumbo can be brought into full play only when the key parameters of the jumbo meet the requirements of the formula.
