铁路路基螺杆桩质量检测技术

摘    要:近年来螺杆桩因其施工快捷、高经效比等特点被应用于铁路路基处理,但由于螺杆桩上端直杆、下部螺杆的异形特点,其检测施工质量是个难题。本文通过对螺杆桩成桩工艺的分析和现场桩基试验提出了路基螺杆桩质量检测的解决方案。低应变反射波法能解决螺杆桩桩长及直杆段问题,但对螺杆段的螺纹叶片裂损、破坏检测效果不明显。现场检测应在保持低应变法检测的桩基数量比例不变的基础上,增加钻孔取芯与静载测试的比例。

Abstract:In recent years,screw pile has been applied to railway subgrade treatment because of its fast construction and high economic efficiency ratio. However,due to such heteromorphic characteristics of screw pile as upper straight rod and lower screw,its construction quality detection is a difficult problem. Based on the analysis of screw pile forming technology and field pile foundation test,this paper put forward a solution for quality detection of subgrade screw pile. Low strain reflection wave method can solve the problems of screw pile length and straight pile segment,but has no obvious effect on the detection of screw blade crack and damage. On the basis of keeping the pile foundation number ratio detected by low strain method unchanged,the proportion of borehole coring method and static load test should be increased in field test.
