摘    要:我国高速铁路网日益完善,规模越来越大,铁路管理部门对高速铁路设施提出了信息化和精细化管理的要求,需要对既有运行线路道床的轨道板、底座板、扣件等轨道设施进行调查,建立轨道设施信息管理系统。由于运营线路的维修天窗时间短,传统的人工调查方法不适合大范围轨道设施普查,因此提出了基于车载激光雷达成像技术的轨道设施调查方法。该方法利用车载激光雷达系统快速采集轨道现场的三维点云数据,通过专用数据处理软件从三维点云中提取轨道设施信息。实践证明,该方法每1 h可以调查5 km的轨道设施,是传统人工调查效率的20倍以上,几何测量精度达到毫米级,大幅提高了既有线高速铁路轨道基础数据的采集效率。

Abstract:The high speed railway network at home is becoming more and more perfect,and its scale is becoming larger and larger.Railway management departments have put forward the requirements ofinformatization and fine management for high speed railway facilities.It is necessary to investigate the track slabs,base plates,fasteners and other track facilities of existing track beds,and establish the track facilities information management system.Due to the short time window,the traditional manual survey method is not suitable for large-scale survey.Therefore,a survey method of track facilities based on vehicle borne lidar imaging technology was proposed.This method uses the vehicle-borne lidar system to quickly collect the three-dimensional point cloud data on the track site,and extracts the information of track facilities from the three-dimensional point clouds by special data processing software.Practice has proved that this method can survey 5 km track facilities every hour,which is more than 20 times the traditional manual survey.The geometric measurement accuracy reaches millimeter level,and greatly improves the collection efficiency of track basic data of existing high speed railway.
