寒区铁路隧道衬砌电热导流板研发及应用

摘    要:寒区铁路隧道衬砌冬季易出现冻害。对冻害现状及其形成原因进行了分析,提出安装电热导流板的措施来预防衬砌冻害,并在扎尔斯台隧道进行安装和试用。结果表明:电热导流板的安装能有效地防止衬砌渗漏水,进而避免了隧道衬砌冻害的发生,整治效果良好,可为类似的寒区铁路隧道衬砌冻害整治工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:The railway tunnel lining in cold area is prone to freezing damage in winter.In this paper,the present situation of freezing damage and its causes are analyzed.The measures of installing Electro-thermal def lector to prevent the freezing damage of railway tunnel lining is proposed and also applied in a tunnel.The results show that the installation of Electro-thermal def lector may effectively prevent the leakage of the lining,thereby avoiding the occurrence of freezing damage of the railway tunnel lining.The remediation effect is good,which can provide a remediation method for similar freezing damage treatment project of the railway tunnel lining in cold area.
