列车荷载下高速铁路路基沥青混凝土层力学特性研究

摘    要:运用有限元软件ABAQUS建立高速列车轨道沥青混凝土层路基的动力学分析模型并予以验证,论证沥青混凝土层在高速铁路结构中应用的可行性,分析列车荷载作用下沥青混凝土层的力学特性以及沥青混凝土层厚度、材料弹性模量、列车速度对其受力状态的影响。研究结果表明:沥青混凝土层主要受力状态为纵向受拉,侧向受底座板的剪切作用;沥青混凝土层纵向受力不利位置在底座板伸缩缝处,横向受力不利位置在底座板边缘。建议沥青混凝土层的弹性模量不小于7 000 MPa,沥青混凝土层的厚度应不小于8 cm。

Abstract:The dynamic analysis model of high speed train-track-asphalt concrete layer-subgrade was established and verif ied by using f inite element software ABA Q US.The feasibility of the application of asphalt concrete layer in high speed railway structure was demonstrated.Under train load,the mechanical characteristics of asphalt concrete layer,the effects of asphalt concrete layer thickness,material elastic modulus and train speed on its stress state were analyzed.The research results show that the asphalt concrete layer is mainly subjected to longitudinal tension and the lateral is subject to shear action of the base plate,the disadvantageous position of the asphalt concrete layer under longitudinal force is at the expansion joint of the base plate,and the disadvantageous position under transverse force is at the edge of the base plate.It is suggested that the elastic modulus of asphalt concrete layer should not be less than 7 000 MPa and the thickness of asphalt concrete layer should be not less than 8 cm.
