基于物联网的驼峰空压机智能监控系统

摘    要:大型编组场一般采用压缩空气作为动力源动作电空转辙机及车辆减速器等,如压缩空气不能正常供应有可能使编组场全场瘫痪。空压机系统人工控制的可靠性不高,为此利用物联网技术建立了一套空压机智能监控系统。本文对该系统的设计原理、结构组成、实现功能进行介绍。

Abstract:Large-scale marshalling yards generally use compressed air as power source for electro pneumatic switch machine and vehicle reducer. If compressed air cannot be supplied normally, the operation of the whole yard will be paralyzed. Because manual control of the air compressor system is not reliable sufficiently, an intelligent air compressor monitoring system is established using Internet of Things technology. And, the design principle. structure composition and function of the system are introduced.
