钢筋钢纤维混凝土梁受压区高度计算方法

摘    要:在对国内外3部规范深入研究的基础上,通过理论分析得出计算钢筋钢纤维混凝土梁受压区高度值的新公式,为了验证新公式,设计制作了4组18根不同配筋率、不同受力方式的试验梁。在分析试验结果并将新公式与国标、德标及M-Code 3部规范进行对比后得出:国标规定的受压区高度随外部条件的变化基本不变,与实际不符;而新公式计算的受压区高度值随外荷载等条件的变化而变化,符合实际情况。新公式对不同受力方式的纯弯梁和压弯梁均可适用。

Abstract:On the basis of in depth study of three codes at home and abroad a new formula for calculating the compressionzone height of steel fiber reinforced concrete beams was obtained through theoretical analysis.Four groups of 18 test beams with different reinforcement ratio and different stress modes were designed and manufactured in order to verify the new formula.By analyzing the test results and comparing the new formula of the compression zone height with the national standard as well as the German standard and M Code the following conclusions were obtained.The compression zone height specified by the national standard remains basically the same with the change of the external condition which is irrational.However the compression zone height calculated by the new formula varies with the external load and other conditions which is in line with the actual situation.The new formula can be applied to the pure bending beam and the compressing and bending beam.
