盾构隧道穿越富水砂层开挖面稳定性分析

摘    要:基于数值仿真方法,得到盾构在砂土地层中掘进时地下水稳态渗流条件下孔隙水压力的分布特征,对计算结果进行拟合可得隧道覆土层中竖向孔隙水压力及穿越层中水平水头分布的函数表达式。将此竖向孔隙水压力叠加到太沙基松动土压力计算模型,进而求解隧道拱顶处竖向有效松动压力,同时将该有效松动压力与水平水头分布函数引入到经典楔形体模型中,得到维持隧道开挖面稳定的主动极限支护压力。计算结果与离心试验结果的吻合度较高,可对盾构隧道在渗透性砂土地层中施工时开挖面的稳定性进行可靠评价。

Abstract:The distribution characteristics of pore water pressure under steady seepage condition of groundw ater was calculated based on numerical simulation as shield advanced in saturated sand,then the function of vertical pore water pressure in the overburden and horizontal w aterhead in the tunnel-passing layer were obtained using the above calculated data using f itting method.The fitted vertical and horizontal functions were superposed to T erzaghi vertical pressure model and classic w edge model to solve tunnel support pressure. The calculation results are in good agreement with centrifugal test.The present research f indings can be used to reliably evaluate the stability of w orking face as shield constructed in saturated sand.
