通苏嘉甬高速铁路引入长三角腹地高速铁路网衔接关系研究

摘    要:作为沿海通道的重要构成,通苏嘉甬(南通—苏州—嘉兴—宁波)高速铁路连接众多铁路干线,对其引入长三角腹地高速铁路网的衔接关系进行系统性研究,有利于长三角腹地高速铁路成段成网,发挥联动优势,提高运输效率和经济效益。首先从区际通道功能、城际运输功能、高速铁路连通功能3个视角对其功能定位进行论证,并将其划分为6项运输区段以预测客流;接着综合考虑承担运量及吸引旅游客流情况,分东、中、西3类方案对其宏观走向进行研究;最后采用系统性思维,综合项目区位、城镇体系、规划路网、跨线客流、联络线设置等多个要素,对该线引入长三角腹地高速铁路网衔接关系进行综合布局。

Abstract:As an important part of the coastal channel,Nantong-Suzhou-Jiaxing-Ningbo high speed railway connects many railway trunk lines. The systematic research on link relationship by its jointing into Yangtze River delta hinterland high speed railway network will be benef icial to the high speed railway segmenting into network,giving play to the linkage advantages and improving transportation eff iciency and economic benef its.Firstly,from the perspectives of interregional channel function,intercity transport function and high speed railway connection function,it’s functional positioning was demonstrated,and it was divided into six transportation sections to predict passenger flow.Then,considering the traffic volume and tourist flow,the macroscopic line trend was studied by three schemes of east,middle and west. Finally,based on the follow ing elements such as project location,urban system,planning railway network,cross-line passenger f low and connection line setting,systematic thinking was adopted to conduct comprehensive layout of link relationship for this line joining into Yangtze River delta hinterland high speed railway network.
