沉管隧道施工风险分析与控制

摘    要:针对跨海沉管隧道施工的特点,综合应用模糊综合评判法和熵度量法,构建跨海沉管隧道工程施工期每道工序中各个风险因素的模糊集合和隶属度矩阵,计算各个风险因素的熵权值和各工序的总风险度。熵权值较大的就是可能导致事故发生的风险因素。据此提出有效控制措施,并在施工过程中对风险因素进行动态控制。将此分析方法及控制体系应用于港珠澳大桥沉管隧道工程,降低了施工风险。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of cross-sea immersed tunnel construction,the fuzzy set and membership matrix of risk factors in each process of construction period of cross-sea immersed tunnel project were constructed by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and entropy measurement method,and the entropy weight of each risk factor and the total risk degree of each process were calculated.The risk factors that may lead to accidents are those with larger entropy weights.Based on this result,the effective control measures were put forward and the risk factors were dynamically controlled during construction.The analysis method and control system were applied to the immersed tunnel project in Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge,which reduced the construction risk.
