基于动静态检测数据的轨道精测精调评价技术

摘    要:高速铁路无砟轨道不平顺的整修主要是通过精调作业来完成,轨道精调分为静态精调和动态精调。为优化轨道精调作业组织,提高轨道精调效率,可采用轨道测量仪和轨道检查仪协同工作组织轨道精调,从而提升作业效率和质量。采用多个矩形窗级联的方法优化滤波器和FIR带通滤波器滤波,将静态检测数据与动态检测数据关联起来,实现评价标准的通用、精调效果的静态评估,以及预测精调作业的动态评估结果,促进精调作业快速满足静动态轨道几何不平顺检测标准。通过算例分析可知,轨道精调对轨道几何不平顺的单项高低改善较为明显,轨向只是稍有变化,且目前单项高低标准差最大改善量约为1.0 mm。

Abstract:The irregularity repair of ballastless track of high speed railway is mainly accomplished by fine adjustment. Track fine adjustment is divided into static and dynamic fine adjustment. In order to optimize the organization and improve the efficiency,track fine adjustment may be conducted using both track measuring instrument and track inspection instrument,improving work efficiency and quality. The filter was optimized by using multiple rectangular window cascade method and FIR bandpass filter. In this way,the static and dynamic detection data are corelated. The general evaluation standard,static evaluation of fine adjustment effect,and dynamic evaluation based on static detection data are realized,causing the fine adujstment operation quickly meet the detection standard of static and dynamic rail geometry irregularity. As shown in the case study,the improvement of the longitudinal irregularity by the fine adjustment of track is significant while the track alignment irregularity is only slightly changed. At present,the maximum improvement of the standard deviation of the longitudinal irregularity is about 1. 0 mm.
