高温电加热处理对贝氏体钢与U75V钢闪光对焊接头组织与性能的影响

摘    要:通过静弯、拉伸、冲击、金相和硬度试验,对高温电加热处理前后贝氏体钢辙叉与U75V钢轨闪光对焊接头的组织和性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:高温电加热处理对焊接接头组织和硬度均匀化有良好的作用,且经过热处理后焊接接头的拉伸和冲击性能均得到一定程度改善,满足标准要求,特别是冲击性能得到了显著提高。

Abstract:Through static bending,tensile,impact,metallographic and hardness tests,the inf luences of high temperature electric heating on constitutions and properties of bainite steel and U75V steel f lash butt-welded joints were studied.The results show that the high temperature electric heating has good effect on the constitution and hardness homogenization of welded joint,and can improve the tensile and impact properties,which satisfy the requirements of the standard.In particular,the impact property has been signif icantly improved.
