钢管混凝土拱桥中横梁施工方案比选

摘    要:阜阳市城南新区润河路上跨京九铁路,立交桥第5联为全长104 m的钢管混凝土拱桥,在跨越京九铁路的同时跨越正在施工的颍州南路下穿京九铁路地道桥引道U形槽。根据桥位现状并综合考虑各项施工干扰因素,针对钢管混凝土拱桥中横梁构造,提出了盘扣式钢管支架原位预制、连续千斤顶顶升及移动模架现浇3种施工方案。从技术角度对3种施工方案进行描述及适用性比选,并总结每种施工方案的技术优缺点及适用范围,最终推荐移动模型现浇方案。

Abstract:The fifth link of Runhe road across Beijing-Kowloon railway overpass in Fuyang city south new district is 104 m concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge,which crosses Yingzhou south road under synchronous construction and crosses the U-shaped channel of Beijing-Kowloon railway underpass bridge. According to the state of bridge location and considering various construction interference factors,three construction schemes of in-situ prefabrication of discbuckled steel tubular scaffold,continuous jacking and cast-in-situ moving formwork were proposed for the cross beam structure of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge. From the technical point of view,three construction schemes were described and their applicability was compared. The advantages,disadvantages and scope of application of each construction scheme were summarized in order to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
