南宁铁路局工务固定设施管控信息系统的设计与实现

拟研发的信息系统面向工务固定设施的检测检查、状态分析、生产计划、现场作业、质量评价闭环管理需求,重点解决信息流转处理的智能性和数据分析处理的专业性问题,为推进维修体制改革提供信息化支撑。该系统采用网络信息和移动应用等技术,集成轨道检测、钢轨探伤、添乘检查、现场检查等检测检查数据,以及工务固定设施、大型养路机械等台账信息,建立工务固定设施检测数据分析处理平台;基于单元管理理念,实现线路和钢轨设备状态综合量化评估,为病害整修及其作业方案提供数据支持;基于过程管理思想建立标准化病害问题处理流程,实现病害问题闭环处理监管;提供作业计划的编制、分级审批和实施反馈;通过web GIS等平台综合可视化发布分析评价成果。此外,建立生产管理和办公管理集成交换平台,提高管理工作效率。

Design and Implementation of Management and Control Information System for Maintenance Fixed Facilities of Nanning Railway Bureau

This information system to be developed is oriented to the closed-loop management requirements of inspection,state analysis,production planning, f ield operation and quality evaluation for maintenance f ixed facilities.It focuses on the intelligence of information transferring and professional of data analysis,providing information support to promote the reform of maintenance system.Using network information and mobile application technology,this system integrates the inspection data of track inspection,rail f law detection,multiply inspection and f ield inspection,and so on,and the ledgers of maintenance f ixed facilities and heavy-duty track maintenance machineries.The data analysis and processing platform for maintenance f ixed facilities was built.Based on the concept of unit management,the system realizes comprehensive quantitative evaluation of track and rail equipment state,providing data support for disease treatment and operation scheme.Based on the idea of process management,a standardized disease problem solving process is established to carry out the disease closed-loop supervision.The system can compile,graded approval and feedback the operation plan,and release the analysis and evaluation results comprehensively and visually by web GIS and other platforms.In addition,the integrated exchange platform of production management and off ice management is established to improve the eff iciency of management.
