既有双线铁路线位重构技术研究

摘    要:为解决铁路既有线线位重构中仅涉及单线铁路,没有顾及建筑限界,不能有效评价重构线位的合理性,不能保证双线铁路的线间关系问题,从直线边重构、曲线整正重构、建筑限界嵌入、里程系统更新与左右线相对关系计算等方面,进行既有双线铁路线位重构技术研究。直线段重构采用最小二乘拟合优化、左右线实时联动技术;投影法确定拟合理论直线起、终点位置;右线基于线间关系约束条件确定法;建筑限界点嵌入测点文件处理法;曲线段整正重构时,左线采用单线法整正重构、右线基于约束条件的渐进优化法;提出更新右线里程系统,取消内业断链,采用外业断链方式进行右线投影关系计算。经过工程验证,既有双线线位重构技术方法完善,数学模型合理可靠,能够在既有铁路、地铁项目的勘测设计、施工、工务养护中应用。

Research on the Technology of Line Position Reconstruction for Existing Double-line Railways

Abstract:In order to solve the problems that the reconstruction of existing railway involves only single-track railways without taking into account the structure gauge, the rationality of reconstructed lines can not be effectively evaluated and the relationship between lines can not be guaranteed. In this paper, the technology of line position reconstruction for existing double-track railways is studied from the aspects of line reconstruction, curve realignment reconstruction, structure gauge embedding, mileage system update, and the correlation calculation of left and right lines. Track-smoothness-oriented least squares optimization method and real-time interlocking of left and right lines are employed in the reconstruction of straight line sections. Projective method is used to determine theoretical line starting and ending points. Determination of the right line position based on constraint condition between lines and structure gauge points embedded in track center point for file processing method are applied. For realignment reconstruction in the curved sections, the left line is reconstructed by single line method and the right line is gradually optimized by constraint conditions between lines. The idea of updating the right-line mileage system and setting field operation broken chain instead of the indoor broken chain is proposed to calculate the right projection relation. Engineering verification shows that the methods for line position reconstruction of the existing double-line railways are complete and applicable and the mathematical model is rational and reliable. They can be used in the survey, design, construction and maintenance of existing railways and metro projects.
