摘    要:高速铁路地震预警系统紧急处置时需要高铁线路成网分布的线路信息,目前线路信息量巨大,需要压缩线路数据,保证紧急处置的实时性。提出了一种通过曲率筛选和Douglas-Peucker算法提取铁道线路特征点的方法,可实现铁道线路数据的压缩,同时能够保持铁道线的原始路径。经过计算比选,曲率筛选点的保留比例为2%、Douglas-Peucker阈值设为2. 0 km时的效果最优。对我国101段铁道线的343 740个GPS采集点进行了压缩处理,共提取出了433个特征点,提取前后线路的最大偏差为2. 06 km,最小偏差0. 54 km,满足地震预警紧急处置的需求。

Abstract:Earthquake early warning system of high speed railway demands railway line distribution information when urgent action disposed.At present,the information of the railway line is huge.Thus,it is necessary to compress the line data to ensure the real-time performance of the emergency disposal.In this paper,a method of extracting the feature points of railway lines by curvature filtering and D ouglas-Peucker algorithm was proposed,which can compress railway line data and keep the original path of railway lines.Through calculation and comparison,the best result is that the retention ratio of curvature screening points is 2% and D ouglas-Peucker threshold is set to 2. 0 km.343 740 GPS acquisition points of 101 railway lines in China are compressed,and 433 feature points are extracted.The maximum deviation before and after extraction is 2. 06 km and the minimum deviation is 0. 54 km,which meets the requirements of earthquake early warning and emergency disposal.
