轨道交通建设与城市道路相结合研究

为有效利用城市土地与空间资源,轨道交通多沿既有或规划城市道路敷设。在项目设计过程中,若未考虑好轨道交通与城市道路的关系,将会引起征地拆迁、道路改造、环境保护等一系列问题,有可能影响项目建设的顺利进行。因此,为提高轨道交通建设质量,从两者的空间关系、线形适应性等方面进行理论分析。结合城市空间规划,从环境适应性、技术可行性与经济合理性等多方面考虑确定合理的空间关系,以技术指标匹配性为参考指标,进行线路走向选择。通过工程实例的对应研究,论证理论分析的合理性及可操作性,可用于指导轨道交通的建设及城市道路的改造。

Study on the Combination of Rail Transit Construction and Urban Road

In order to make effective use of urban land and space resources,rail transit is often laid along both existing and planned urban roads. In the process of project design, failure to consider the relationship between rail transit and urban roads may lead to a series of problems such as land acquisition,demolition,road reconstruction and environmental protection,which may affect the smooth progress of project construction. Therefore,in order to improve the quality of rail transit construction,this paper conducts a theoretical analysis on the spatial relationship and linear adaptability of the two. The paper also points out that the rational spatial relationship should be determined from the aspects of environmental adaptability,technical feasibility and economic rationality and in combination with urban space planning. The method of selecting line direction with the matching of technical index as reference index is put forward. Through corresponding researches on engineering cases,the paper demonstrates the rationality and operability of the theoretical analysis,which can be used to guide the construction of urban rail transit and the transformation of urban roads.
