隧道波纹板套衬连接件承载力试验研究

摘    要:隧道波纹板套衬结构多采用螺栓搭接的连接方式,为了解这种连接方式的受力特性,本文设计了多组波纹板连接件试件,通过试件的静力抗压试验,研究了不同波形及壁厚条件下波纹板螺栓受剪破坏现象和力学性能。结果表明:波纹板连接件的承载力较相应平板连接件下降较为明显,波纹板的板厚对连接性能影响较大,而波高影响较小;在5,6,8 mm 3种厚度下200 mm×55 mm,230 mm×64 mm,300 mm×110 mm波形波纹板的平均承载力相当于平板承载的88.3%,85.1%,81.2%;波纹板连接件强度可按照平板状态下承压面承载力进行折减。

Abstract:Bolt lapping connection is often used in corrugated plate lining structure of tunnel.In order to understand the mechanical characteristics of this connection mode this paper designed several groups of corrugated plate connector specimens.The shear failure phenomena and mechanical properties of corrugated plate bolts under different waveforms and wall thickness conditions were studied through the static compression test of the specimens.The results show that the bearing capacity of corrugated plate connectors decreases more obviously than that of corresponding flat plate connectors the thickness of corrugated plate has a greater impact on the connection performance while the wave height has a smaller impact the average bearing capacity of corrugated plates with 200 mm×55 mm 230 mm×64 mm and 300 mm×110 mm gauge waveforms of 5 6 and 8 mm thickness is equivalent to 88 3%85 1%and 81 2%of that of flat plates and the connector strength of corrugated plate can be reduced according to the bearing capacity of the bearing surface under the condition of flat plate.
