基于乘客舒适度的悬挂式单轨平面圆曲线参数研究

摘    要:由于车辆结构的差别,悬挂式单轨平面圆曲线参数与传统轮轨相差较大。为研究合理的圆曲线参数取值,本文运用行驶动力学理论,从乘客舒适度角度,对最小平面曲线半径和最小圆曲线长度等参数进行了计算研究,提出了相应的取值建议。当车辆最大偏转角不大于6. 843°,最大未被平衡离心加速度不大于0. 8 m/s~2,车速为80km/h时,最小平面曲线半径应不小于250 m。由于悬挂式单轨车辆的悬挂结构和参数与传统轮轨车辆存在较大区别,其最小圆曲线长度应不小于2V,是传统轮轨铁路的4倍。后续可在此研究成果基础上,利用车线耦合动力学理论,对乘坐舒适性、车线动力响应、车辆性能与线路参数之间的匹配关系等进行进一步研究,并综合考虑建设成本、运营维修等因素,合理确定各项参数。

Research on Plane Curve Radius of the Suspended Monorail Based on Passenger Comfort

Abstract:Due to the differences in vehicle structure,the parameters of the hanging monorail plane circular curve are quite different from those of the traditional railway. In order to study the reasonable parameters of the circular curve,this paper,using the theory of driving dynamics,calculates the minimum plane curve radius and the minimum circular curve length from the angle of passenger comfort,and proposes corresponding parameters. When the maximum deflection angle of the vehicle is not more than 6. 843 degrees and the maximum unbalance centrifugal acceleration is not more than 0. 8 m/s~2,the minimum plane curve radius should not be less than 250 m at the speed of 80 km/h. Because the suspension structure and parameters of suspended monorail vehicles are quite differentfrom those of the traditional railway vehicles,the minimum circular curve length should not be less than2 V,which is 4 times the traditional railway. The riding comfort,the dynamic response of vehicle line,and the matching relationship between the vehicle performance and the line parameters should be further studied by means of vehicle line coupling dynamics theory based on the research results of this paper,and the factors such as construction cost,operation and maintenance should be taken into consideration.
