高速铁路泡沫轻质土路基施工关键控制技术

摘    要:针对泡沫轻质土这一轻质高强的高速铁路新型路基材料,研究其强度形成机理、路基控制标准与要求。结合一高速铁路路基帮填泡沫轻质土工程施工案例,得出泡沫轻质土路基施工关键参数。泡沫轻质土强度形成过程分为初始阶段、反应阶段、硬化阶段3个过程。通过原材料检验、工艺性试验、浇筑过程中控制与工艺改进等措施,确保浇筑的泡沫轻质土能够满足高速铁路路基对材料性能、结构形式、受力特征、耐久性指标的要求,从而提出了一套适用于高速铁路路基泡沫轻质土的理论和技术。

Abstract:As a new kind of lightweight and high-strength high speed railway subgrade material,the strength formation mechanism,subgrade control standards and requirements of foamed lightweight soil was studied.Combining with a project construction case of one high speed railway subgrade f illed with foamed lightweight soil,the construction key parameters of foamed lightweight soil subgrade were obtained.The strength forming process of foamed lightweight soil can be divided into such 3 stages as initial stage,reaction stage and hardening stage.Through raw material inspection,technological test,control and process improvement in pouring process,etc.,the pouring foamed lightweight soil was guaranteed to meet the requirements of high speed railway roadbed including material performance,structural form,stress characteristics and durability index,thus a set of theories and techniques suitable for foamed lightweight soil of high speed railway subgrade was put forward.
