摘    要:采用非接触式测量技术,通过分布在被测钢轨两侧的传感器扫描钢轨断面,由计算机处理软件进行数据采集和分析处理,将最终结果与设计值进行比较分析,对钢轨铣削精度予以评价。利用数字处理技术,由协议转换模块实现检测系统与移动式镗铣床数控中心之间的数据交换,实时获取铣削工装精确位置;采用机械结构紧凑、便于装拆与维护的传动机构,实现测量装置的横向和垂向调整,保证在线检测系统与铣削工装互不干扰。通过数字处理和集成技术,实现道岔钢轨断面尺寸的自动化检测和精细化管理。

Abstract:Using non-contact detection technology,the rail section was scanned by means of sensors distributed on both sides of the measured rail.Data acquisition and analysis were carried out by computer processing software,the final results were compared with the design values,and rail milling accuracy was evaluated.Using digital processing technology,the data exchange between the detection system and the computer number control center of the mobile boring and milling machine was realized by the protocol conversion module,the accurate position of the milling outf it was obtained in real time.The transverse and vertical adjustment of the measuring device was realized by adopting the transmission mechanism with compact mechanical structure,convenient assembling and maintaining,which guaranteed the non-interference between on-line detection system and milling tooling.Through digital processing and integration technology,automatic detection and fine management of turnout rail section size are realized.
