摘    要:STP车载设备在机车检修库内脱离了地面设备支持时无法单独工作,这给车载设备的检修带来了一定的困难.根据现场实践,本文提出一种STP车载设备检测自动测试方案,通过在检修库内搭建调车监控地面环境,模拟真实的调车机作业,自动发送控制命令,且能通过回执判断车载设备是否正常,能够有效并且全面地对STP车载设备进行检测.

Abstract:The STP's onboard equipment cannot work independently in the locomotive maintenance workshop without the support of its ground equipment,which brings certain difficulties to the maintenance of STPs onboard equipment.Based on field practice,an automatic testing solution to STPs onboard equipment is proposed.Through building up a ground shunting operation monitoring environment to simulate real shunting operations of the locomotive,control commands can be automatically send to the onboard equipment and it is able to determine whether the onboard equipment is working normally via its feedback,thus facilitating overall testing on the STPs onboard equipment effectively.
