摘    要:以秦沈客运专线为依托,开展了铁路路基冻害微型盾构靶向置换整治技术研究,对微型盾构非开挖方式的整治方案、施工步骤进行了详细介绍,并监控施工过程,分析整治效果。结果表明:该技术直接针对病灶处不良填料进行靶向精准置换,达到了治标治本目的;施工过程中采用基于变形自动监测的信息化动态施工,确保了铁路路基的稳定性与线路的平顺性;秦沈客运专线17个工点的冻害治愈率达94%。铁路路基冻害微型盾构靶向置换整治技术有推广应用价值。

Abstract:Based on Qinhuangdao-Shenyang passenger dedicated railway target replacement remediation technology for railway subgrade frost heaving by micro shield was carried out.The treatment plan and construction procedure of non excavation by micro shield were introduced in detail.The construction monitoring was conducted and treatment effect was analyzed.The results show that inappropriate fillings can be replaced accurately by this technology and the disease is treated fundamentally.Informational dynamic construction which based on the automatic monitoring of deformation is adopted and ensures the stability of railway subgrade and the smoothness of line.The frost heaving curing rate for 17 sections of Qinhuangdao-Shenyang passenger dedicated railway is 94%.Target replacement remediation technology for railway subgrade frost heaving by micro shield has popularization value.
