铁路既有线新型加固方法——横承式便梁法方案研究

摘    要:为了解决下穿铁路既有线顶进施工框构桥过程中传统线路加固的D型便梁法存在的安全、质量和结构等问题,提出一种新型线路加固方法——横承式便梁法,深入研究本加固体系的结构布置和构造、设计边界条件、研究重难点、有限元分析和施工方案等方面。在满足规范要求的前提下,确定结构各部构造和整体施工方案,实现加固体系的快速安拆和重复利用,保证了施工过程中不破坏铁路路基道床,明显提升线路加固体系的刚度和稳定性,减小对铁路运营的影响,扩大线路加固体系的适用范围,可满足所有单线和绝大部分双线铁路的加固要求,具有良好的技术效果和广阔的应用前景。

Study on New Reinforcement Method for Existing Railway Lines-Transverse Supported Beam Method

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of safety, quality and structure existing in the D-type convenient beam method of traditional railway reinforcement in the process of jacking the existing railway frame bridge, a new type of railway reinforcement method i.e. transverse-supported beam method is proposed in this paper. The structure layout and details of structure, design boundary conditions, research emphasis and difficulty, finite element analysis and construction plan are discussed deeply. On the premise of meeting the requirements of the code, each part of the structure and the overall construction scheme are determined, which realize the rapid demolition and reuse of the reinforcement system, ensure the railway roadbed and ballast bed are not destroyed during the construction process, obviously improve the stiffness and stability of the line reinforcement system, reduce the influence on railway operation, enlarge the scope of application of line reinforcement system, meet the reinforcement requirements of all single-track and most double-track railways and have good technical effect and broad application prospects.
