煤矸石质固土材料在固化土中的应用研究

摘    要:为了更好地将煤矸石质固土材料应用于铁路与道路工程,系统研究了煤矸石质固土材料掺量、土壤含水率、施工延迟时间以及养护龄期对其应用性能的影响。试验结果表明:固化土的抗压强度随着煤矸石质固土材料掺量的增加而增长,在6%掺量时,固化土7,28 d抗压强度分别为3.9,5.4 MPa,满足国家标准中的技术要求;固化土的抗压强度随着土壤含水率的增加而先增加,在含水率为12.7%时达到最大,随后强度急剧下降;固化土的抗压强度随着延迟时间的延长先上升后下降,延迟4 h时抗压强度上升到最高;固化土抗压强度随着龄期的增长而持续增长,7,60,90 d时抗压强度分别能够达到3.90,5.90,6.45 MPa。

Abstract:In order to apply the gangue soil-consolidating material to railway and road engineering,the inf luences of gangue soil-consolidating material content,soil moisture content,construction delay time and curing age on its application performance were studied.The test results show that the compressive strength of solidif ied soil increases with the increase of gangue soil-consolidating material content.When the gangue soil-consolidating material content was 6%,7 and 28 d compressive strength of solidif ied soil are 3.9 and 5.4 MPa respectively,which can meet the requirements of national standards.The compressive strength of solidif ied soil increases firstly with the increase of soil moisture content,the compressive strength of 12.7% moisture content is the maximum,then the compressive strength deceases sharply.The compressive strength of the solidif ied soil increases f irstly and then decreases with the extension of the delay time.The compressive strength of the solidif ied soil rises to the highest level at the delay time of 4 h.The compressive strength of the solidif ied soil increases continuously with the increase of the curing age.7,28 and 90 d compressive strength of solidif ied soil are 3.90,5.40 and 6.45 MPa respectively.
