摘    要:故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术通过监测系统运行状态,根据系统的历史数据和实时数据预测系统未来的健康状态,从而保障系统运行安全,优化养护维修策略,降低系统的使用和维护费用。将PHM技术应用于高速道岔中,可以提高高速道岔的管理水平并降低全寿命周期成本。本文根据目前几种正在研发的道岔PHM子系统,分析了PHM技术在高速道岔应用中的可行性和难点,并归纳总结了系统级PHM技术在高速道岔中应用时面临的问题。

Abstract:By monitoring the operation status of system,prognostics and health management(PHM)technology can predict the future health of the system based on historical and real-time data of the system,thereby ensuring the safe operation,optimizing the maintenance strategy and reducing the use and maintenance costs of the system.Applying PHM technology to high speed turnouts can improve the management level of high speed turnouts and reduce the life cycle costs.Based on the current PHM subsystems under development in high speed turnouts,this paper analyzed the feasibility and difficult points of PHM technology application in high speed turnouts,and summarized the problems faced by system-level PHM technology in high speed turnout application.
