摘    要:针对铁路隧道工程中断层破碎带注浆加固有效范围难以确定的问题,运用室内模拟试验与水泥沉积理论分析的方法,研究注浆时水泥浆液在黄砂岩单裂隙中的填充规律,并分析不同时刻电阻沿长度方向的变化曲线以及截面饱和度沿长度方向的变化情况。结果表明:单裂隙注浆填充沿长度方向分为填充密实阶段、电阻急剧下降阶段和电阻缓慢上升阶段3个阶段;填充密实阶段长70 cm,此段注浆过程中3 min电阻曲线由1 040 kΩ增加到1 500 kΩ,水灰比小浆液稠,注浆后平均截面饱和度为93.26%,孔隙率较小,是注浆效果最优段。

Abstract:Aiming at the difficulty in determining the effective range of grouting reinforcement in fault fractured zone of railway tunnel engineering,the filling law of cement slurry in single crack of yellow sandstone during grouting was studied by means of indoor simulation test and theoretical analysis of cement deposition,and the variation curve of resistance along length direction and the variation of section saturation along length direction at different time were analyzed. The results show that the filling of single fracture grouting can be divided into filling compaction stage,rapid decline stage and slow ascending stage along the length direction. The length of filling compaction stage is 70 cm,the resistance curve increases from 1 040 kΩ to 1 500 kΩ in 3 minutes during grouting process of this stage,the water cement ratio is small and the slurry is thick,the average section saturation is 93.26% after grouting,and the porosity is small,which is the best section of grouting effect.
