摘    要:由于受冻胀和地下水冲蚀作用铁路隧道中轨道板整体下沉,因此采用“锚注一体化”的方法填充轨道板底部裂隙,对基底进行补强。本文分别采用数字图像相关监测系统和激光位移监测系统对注胶过程中轨道板抬升进行实时监测。监测结果表明:基底结构补强过程中裂隙被胶水填充且撑大,使轨道板抬升,当抬升至1 mm的警戒值时停止注胶,轨道板缓慢下降,最后抬升位移趋于稳定;DIC监测系统和激光位移监测系统在轨道抬升监测与控制中具有良好的可靠性和稳定性,可应用于实际工程监测,为后续工程施工提供保障。

Abstract:Due to frost heave and groundwater erosion,the whole track slab of railway tunnel subsides,so the method of“anchor-grouting integration”was adopted to f ill the cracks at the bottom of the track slab and reinforce the substrate.In this paper,digital image correlation(DIC)monitoring system and laser displacement monitoring system were used to monitor the track slab lifting in the process of glue injection in real time.The monitoring results show that the cracks are f illed and stretched by glue during the substrate structure reinforcement,which makes the track plate lift,the glue injection stops when the warning value of 1 mm is reached,the track plate slowly decreases and f inally the lifting displacement tends to be stable.DIC monitoring system and laser displacement monitoring system have good reliability and stability in track lifting monitoring and control,which can be applied to practical engineering monitoring and provide guarantee for follow-up engineering construction.
