客货共线无砟轨道钢轨焊接接头不平顺测量分析

摘    要:作为轨道结构的薄弱环节之一,钢轨焊接接头的平顺状态对列车运行的安全性、平稳性具有重要影响。基于客货共线隧道内无砟轨道焊接接头不平顺的现场测量数据,总结了接头不平顺的主要波形类型,并分别从时域和频域角度分析了接头不平顺幅值与短波不平顺水平的变化规律,然后研究了钢轨打磨对接头平顺状态的影响。结果表明:接头不平顺幅值发展速率与线路年运量呈正相关关系; 50~400 mm波长范围的短波不平顺水平具有趋势性发展规律;钢轨打磨能够显著改善焊接接头的不平顺状态。

Abstract:As one of the weak segments of the track structure,the regularity state of the rail welded joint has a significant influence on the safe and stable operation of the train.Based on the field measurement data of welded joint irregularity of the ballastless track in the tunnel of passenger and freight mixed railway,main types ofirregularity waveform were summarized,and the change rules of welded joint irregularity amplitude and shortwave irregularity level were analyzed respectively from time domain and frequency domain.Then the influence of rail grinding on the regularity state of rail welded joint was studied.The results show that the development rate of joint irregularity amplitude is positively related to the annual traffic volume.The shortwave irregularity level at wavelength of 50~400 mm follows tendency development rule.Rail grinding can improve the welded joint irregularity.
