分组互斥的信号电缆绝缘测试方法研究

摘    要:针对一个车站设置一套信号电缆绝缘测试系统存在的逐根串行测试,耗时长、效率低和可靠性不高等问题,提出一种分组互斥的电缆绝缘测试方法.硬件设计上,设置多套绝缘测试组合,各测试组合之间并行测试;软件功能上,全站统一设置绝缘测试互斥矩阵,避免同时加压测试带来的问题,以保证绝缘测试期间的设备安全.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of long time consumption,low efficiency and low reliability of the insulation test of signal cable resulting from equipping each station with only one suite of insulation test system by testing the signal cables in serialization,this paper proposes a insulation test method of signal cables arranged in group with mutex.In hardware design,several combinations of insulation test are set up and the combinations of test are conducted in parallel.In software function,a mutex matrix of insulation test is set uniformly for the station to avoid the troubles resulting from simultaneous power-up testing in order to ensure equipment safety during the insulation test.
