摘    要:以全主机多点牵引道岔第1牵引点为ZYJ7型转辙机的外锁闭道岔为例,通过分析转辙机动作过程中液压油压力的标准曲线和典型故障曲线,提取特征参数建立特征矩阵,对特征矩阵进行无量纲化处理,建立关联矩阵。对于实际出现的故障,提取特征向量,通过计算与关联矩阵的关联度大小,实现对道岔故障的智能诊断,可提高道岔故障诊断效率,对现场维修维护具有很大的指导意义。

Abstract:Taking the multi-machine and multi-point external locking turnout with ZYJ7 switch machine as its first driving point as example,the standard curve of hydraulic oil pressure and the curves of common faults during the operation of the switch machine are analyzed.Meanwhile,the characteristic parameters are extracted to establish a characteristics matrix and the dimensionless processing of the characteristic matrix is carried out to establish a correlation sequence.As for the faults occurring in the field,extracting eigenvectors and realizing intelligent diagnosis of turnout faults by calculating the correlation between eigenvectors and eigenvalue matrix can improve the efficiency of turnout fault diagnosis and have great significance for guiding on-site maintenanee.
