简支梁桥上嵌入式轨道钢轨伸缩变形和受力算法研究

摘    要:为研究简支梁桥上嵌入式轨道无缝线路钢轨伸缩变形和受力的分布规律,基于梁轨相互作用推导其伸缩变形和受力的解析算法,求解钢轨纵向位移、梁轨相对位移及钢轨伸缩力,分析梁体温度变化、纵向刚度比、桥墩纵向刚度以及桥梁跨数对嵌入式轨道结构伸缩变形和受力的影响。研究结果表明:解析算法求解结果与有限元分析结果吻合良好;梁体温度变化对嵌入式轨道结构的变形和受力影响显著,而纵向刚度比、桥墩纵向刚度和桥梁跨数的影响较小;梁轨相对位移极值可作为简支梁上嵌入式轨道无缝线路的设计限值指标。

Algorithm Research of Rail Expansion Deformation and Stress of Embedded Track on Simply-supported Girder Bridge

Abstract:In order to study the distribution law of rail expansion deformation and stress of embedded track CWR onsimply-supported girder bridge,based on the girder-track interaction,the analytical algorithm of the rail expansiondeformation and stress was derived. The longitudinal displacement of the rail,the relative displacement of girder-trackand the rail expansion force were solved. The influences of girder temperature change,longitudinal stiffness ratio,longitudinal stiffness of piers and the number of bridge spans on the deformation and stress of embedded track structurewere analyzed. The research results show that the analytical algorithm results and the finite element results agree well.The girder temperature change has a significant influence on the deformation and stress of the embedded track,whilethe longitudinal stiffness ratio,the longitudinal stiffness of the piers and the number of bridge spans have little influenceon the deformation and stress of the embedded track. The extremum of the relative displacement of girder-track can beused as the design limit value of the embedded track CWR on simply-supported girder bridge.
