摘    要:为了提高聚氨酯固化道床烘干设备的作业效率,基于计算流体力学理论,采用流体仿真软件分析气体在现有烘干设备出气管道中的流动特性,并分析在出气管道内部安装不同夹角、长度及安装高度的导流板对流场分布的影响。以降低歧管出气不均匀度为目标,利用正交优化法获得导流板参数的最优组合。结果表明:在出气管道内部安装夹角130°、长度240 mm、安装高度240 mm的导流板可有效解决歧管出口流量分配不均匀性问题,歧管出气不均匀度由原来的52. 1%降至10. 1%,提高了烘干设备的作业效率。

Abstract:In order to improve the operation efficiency of drying equipment used for polyurethane railway track bed,the fluid simulation software was used to analyze the flow characteristics of air in vent pipe of the existing drying equipment based on the theory of computational fluid dynamics,and the influence of the deflector which was installed inside the vent pipe with different angles,lengths and installation heights on flow field distribution was analyzed.With the aim of reducing the inhomogeneity of outlet air from manifold pipe,the optimal combination of def lector parameters was obtained by orthogonal optimization method.The results show that the def lector with 130°angle,240mm length and 240 mm installation height can effectively solve the inhomogeneity of outlet air from manifold pipe.The degree of inhomogeneity of outlet air from manifold pipe reduces from 52.1%to 10.1%,and the operation eff iciency of the drying equipment is improved.
