WJ-7型扣件横向阻力试验研究

摘    要:为确定轨条碎弯时WJ-7型扣件的横向刚度取值,在实验室条件下,对一段安装了一组扣件的短钢轨加载横向力,测量扣件铁垫板和钢轨截面轨头、轨腰、轨底的横向位移,考虑到试验误差,只取均匀性较好5组数据分析横向力与位移之间的关系。试验结果表明:铁垫板位移随横向力的加载呈线性增加;以铁垫板产生单位位移所需施加的横向力表征横向刚度,常阻力扣件横向刚度在143.7~162.1 kN/mm,小阻力扣件横向刚度在130.2~138.9 kN/mm;钢轨截面各位置横向位移曲线由二次抛物线和直线两部分组成。

Experimental Study on Lateral Resistance of WJ-7 Fastener

Abstract:In order to determine the lateral stiffness of WJ-7 fastener during rail broken bending, the transverse force of a short rail installed with a group of fasteners is loaded under laboratory conditions, and the transverse displacement of the fastener iron pad, and rail cross section rail head, rail web and rail bottom are measured. Considering the test error, only 5 groups of data with good uniformity are used to analyze the relationship between transverse force and displacement. The test results show that: the displacement of the plate increases linearly with the loading of the transverse force; the transverse stiffness is represented by the transverse force required by the iron-cushion plate to generate unit displacement; the lateral stiffness of the constant resistance fastener is 143.7~162.1 kN/mm, the transverse stiffness of the small resistance fastener is 130.2~138.9 kN/mm; and the transverse displacement curves at each position of the rail section consist of second degree parabola and straight line.
