武广线株洲西湘江特大桥盆式橡胶支座底盆破坏原因分析

摘    要:研究应用于湘江特大桥的盆式橡胶支座底盆破坏过程,利用有限元软件计算支座在正常情况,支座中线与桥梁中线有夹角且桥梁无纵向位移、有夹角且桥梁有纵向位移等条件下的应力,并分析了不同夹角对底盆破坏的影响。结果表明:当支座纵桥向中心线与桥梁纵桥向中心线夹角为0. 01 rad且桥梁纵向位移为10 mm时,支座产生了较大的纵桥向水平反力,严重影响了支座的滑动功能;支座底盆的Mises应力较大值分布的位置与破坏位置比较吻合,且该处最大主应力以拉应力为主,与底盆竖向开裂破坏的现象基本吻合。

Abstract:The basin failure process of pot rubber bearing used in Xiangjiang bridge was studied in this paper.The f inite element software was used to calculate the stresses of the bearings under three working conditions,including normal condition,the angle between the center of the bearing and the middle line of the bridge and the bridge without longitudinal displacement,the angle between the center of the bearing and the middle line of the bridge and the bridge with longitudinal displacement.The inf luence of different angles on the failure of the basin was analyzed.The results show that when the angle between the longitudinal center line of the bearing and the longitudinal center line of the bridge is 0.01 rad and the longitudinal displacement of the bridge is 10 mm,the bearing produces a large horizontal reaction in the longitudinal direction of the bridge,which seriously affects the sliding function of the bearing.The location of the greater value distribution of Mises stress in the basin of the bearing is in good agreement with the location of failure,and the maximum principal stress in this place is mainly tensile stress,which is basically consistent with the phenomenon of vertical cracking failure of the basin.
