城市轨道交通地下场段设计问题探讨

摘    要:地下场段在城市轨道交通建设中越来越普遍,现行相关规范没有具体的规定。通过参考既有建设工程规范,对地下场段设计中存在问题的探讨和国内已建成地下场段实例进行研究,总结地下场段的设计方案,探讨设计中存在问题的解决思路,总结地下场段在消防设计、设施配置等方面的特点。提出城市轨道交通地下场段在设计中,合理地进行建筑定性、防火分区划分、设置消防车作业条件等的方法,以满足使用中的功能及消防需求,为后续类似工程的设计提供参考。地下场段设计中,通过设置消防车进入地下作业条件、设置自然通风采光井等方式,防火分区、人员疏散距离等适当加大,是能够满足火灾安全条件的。

The Research on Design Issues for Underground Depot and Stabling Yard of Urban Mass Transit

Abstract:The underground depot and stabling yard are becoming increasingly common in the subway construction,but there is no specific regulation in currently codes. With reference to existing construction codes,the problems and their solving ideas in the design of underground depot and stabling yard are discussed and finished projects are studied to summarize the characters of the fire control design and fire facility layout. This paper proposes certain methods including rationally confirming the building property,fire zone and setting up working conditions for the fire engine in the design of underground depot and stabling yard so as to satisfy the requirements of functions and fire control during service,providing references for the similar subsequent design, and points out the main problems of the design.Consequently,with certain methods such as setting up underground working conditions for fire engine,natural ventilation and light well,increasing the area of fire zone and the distance of evacuation by certain degree,the design of underground depot and stabling yard can meet the conditions of fire safety.
