机器人在高速重载扣件铸造件打磨中的应用探讨

通过对高速重载扣件铸造件的打磨工艺特性进行研究,提出了应用4台工业机器人供料、打磨和卸料,覆盖高速重载扣件主要铸造件类型的自动化打磨解决方案,按照方案建设的自动打磨试验生产线实现了高速铁路扣件铁垫板、重载铁路扣件预埋铁座等铸造件的全自动打磨生产。试验生产线在实际生产实践中经过一年多应用证明该解决方案是可行的,为数量大、尺度小、精度要求高的高速重载扣件铸造件自动打磨提供了新途径。

Exploring on Application of Industrial Robot in Grinding Fastener Castings of High Speed Railway and Heavy Haul Railway

The grinding process characteristics of fastener castings of high speed railway and heavy haul railway were studied.The automatic grinding solution program was put forward which can cover the main fastener casting classif ications of high speed railway and heavy haul railway by using four industrial robots to feed,grind and unload the productions.The automatic grinding test line was set up according to the program,which can automaticly grind productions such as the fastener iron cushion plates of high speed railway,the embedded iron bases of heavy haul railway fasteners,and so on.The application more than one year in production practice shows that this solution is feasible.It provides a new way for automatic grinding of fastener castings of high speed railway and heavy haul railway with large quantity,small scale and high precision.
