超深大沉井基础的承载特性

摘    要:以沪通长江大桥主塔28#墩超深大沉井基础为研究对象,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对其进行承载特性的数值模拟研究,并将模拟结果与现场实测的荷载沉降曲线进行对比分析,求出基底土体的强度储备安全因数。模拟结果表明:沉井基础基底土体的破坏形式为局部剪切破坏;荷载沉降曲线为没有明显拐点的缓变曲线,与实际监测结果吻合较好;沉井基础在桥梁运营阶段竖向位移最大值为35.29 cm,沉井基底土体的极限承载力为489.18×105kN,强度储备安全因数为3.6。

Abstract:Taking the pier 28 # super-deep large caisson foundation of the main tower of Shanghai-Nantong Yangtze River Bridge as research object,the f inite element software ABA Q US was used to simulate the load bearing characteristics of caisson foundation.The simulation results were compared with the actual monitoring load-settlement curve,and the strength reserve safety factor of the foundation soil was calculated.The simulation results show that the failure mode of foundation soil of caisson is partial shear failure,and the load-settlement curve is a slowly changing curve without obvious inf lection point,which is in good agreement with the actual monitoring results.The maximum vertical displacement of caisson foundation is 35.29 cm in the bridge operation stage,the ultimate bearing capacity of caisson foundation soil is 489.18×10 5 kN,and the strength reserve safety factor is 3.6.
