钢轨波磨对高速车辆动力学性能的影响

摘    要:运用ANSYS有限元软件及SIMPACK动力学软件联合建立高速动车组刚柔耦合动力学模型,选取客运专线高速区段典型的钢轨波磨(波长120~150 mm,波深0. 02~0. 06 mm),在充分考虑柔性轮对共振模态的基础上,研究钢轨波磨对车辆动力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:轮轨垂向力、轴箱振动加速度级与构架振动加速度级均随着波深的增大而增大,随着速度的增大基本呈增大趋势,与波长呈反比关系。但个别速度及波长下由于通过频率与固有频率存在共振,会影响上述变化规律;通过频率为550~600 Hz时,一系弹簧与减振器对轴箱振动的隔振效果较差。

Abstract:In this paper,the rigid flexible coupling dynamic model of high speed EMU was established by using the ANSYS finite element softw are and SIM PACK dynamic softw are. And typical rail corrugations( wavelength: 120 ~150 mm,w ave depth: 0. 02 ~ 0. 06 mm) were selected in high speed section of passenger dedicated line to study the inf luences of rail corrugations on dynamic performances of the vehicles on the basis of fully considering the resonant modes of the flexible wheelset.The results show that the wheel/rail vertical force and the vibration acceleration levels of the axle box and the frame increase with the increase of the wave depth of the rail corrugation,basically show increasing trend with the increase of speed,and are inversely proportional to the wavelength.However,when there is a resonance between the passing frequency and the natural frequency at some speeds and wavelengths,above laws will change.When the passing frequency is 550 ~ 600 Hz,the vibration isolation effect of the primary spring and shock absorber on the vibration of the axle box is poor.
