摘    要:铁路编组站驼峰位置使用的普通轴重减速器轨枕板与道床易产生离缝、空吊,大量轨枕板出现板内裂缝、挡肩碎裂、螺栓孔开裂等病害。对既有普通轨枕板整体和局部构造进行改进,研制出30 t轴重车辆减速器预制轨枕板。通过建立有限元模型对不同工况下该轨枕板的静力学特性和局部受力进行了分析,确定最优结构设计参数;依据极限状态设计方法对轨枕板进行整体和局部配筋设计。铺设后,新型30 t轴重车辆减速器预制轨枕板承载能力和局部抗裂性能良好,安全性和耐久性满足30 t轴重重载要求,没有病害发生。

Abstract:The common axle load retarder sleeper plate and ballast bed used in the hump position of railway marshalling station are liable to produce slit and empty suspension,and a large number of sleeper slabs have the diseases such as cracks in the slab,shoulder breakage and bolt hole cracking.The integral and local structure of the existing common sleeper slab was improved,and the prefabricated sleeper slab of 30 t axle load vehicle retarder was developed.By establishing the f inite element model,the static mechanical characteristics and local forces of the sleeper slab under different working conditions were analyzed,the optimal structural design parameters were determined,and the overall and local reinforcement design of the sleeper slab was carried out according to the limit state design method.After laying,the bearing capacity and local crack resistance of the prefabricated sleeper slab of the new type 30 t axle load retarder is good,the safety and durability could meet the heavy load requirements of 30 t axle load,and no disease occurs.
