炮孔填塞材料对岩石爆破的影响模拟分析

摘    要:利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟分析了无填塞、填塞聚氨酯和填塞炮泥3种工况下填塞材料对岩石爆破效果的影响规律。结果表明:与无填塞相比,炮孔填塞后岩石爆破效果更好;填塞聚氨酯和填塞炮泥均可以降低冲击波在岩体内的衰减速率,延缓爆炸气体的散失,增强爆破岩石内部爆炸气体对岩石的气楔作用,使岩体爆破更加完全;炮孔填塞聚氨酯时岩石所受压力峰值比填塞炮泥时大,应力作用时间更长,爆破效果更好。

Abstract:The inf luence law of f illing materials on rock blasting effect under three conditions of non-f illing,polyurethane f illing and gun mud f illing was simulated and analyzed by using f inite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The results show that the blasting effect of rock with blast hole f illing is better compared with non-f illing.Polyurethane and gun mud f illing can reduce the attenuation rate of shock wave in rock mass,delay the loss of explosive gas,enhance the gas wedge effect of explosive gas in blasting rock mass on the rock and make rock mass blasting more complete.The peak pressure of rock with polyurethane f illing of blast hole is larger than that of rock f illed with gun mud,the stress action time is longer and the blasting effect is better.
