小间距并行隧道施工爆破振动控制技术试验研究

摘    要:为了有效控制小间距并行隧道爆破产生的振动对既有隧道的影响,开展了普通导爆管雷管起爆和数码电子雷管起爆的现场对比试验研究。试验结果表明:普通导爆管雷管起爆3组试验中,掏槽处爆破产生的振动速度均最大,将各测点掏槽处爆破产生的振动速度进行拟合回归,得到三洞分离区间既有隧道迎爆侧洞壁处的振动速度传播规律;与普通导爆管雷管起爆对比,掏槽处采用数码电子雷管起爆产生的最大振动速度可降低43. 78%;紧邻既有隧道施工时,采用数码电子雷管起爆可以有效降低爆破振动对既有隧道的影响。

Abstract:In order to effectively control the effect of vibration caused by parallel tunnel blasting with small spacing on existing tunnel,the f ield comparison tests of common nonel detonator blasting and digital electronic detonator blasting were carried out.Results show that in the 3 sets of common detonator blasting test,the maximum vibration velocity of blasting is at cutting place,fitting regression of vibration velocity produced by blasting at cutting place of each measuring point was carried out,the propagation law of vibration velocity at the blasting side wall of the existing tunnel in the separation zone of three tunnels was obtained,the maximum vibration velocity produced by the blasting of digital electronic detonator at cutting place can be reduced by 43.78%compared with blasting of common nonel detonator,and the use of digital electronic detonator can effectively reduce the impact of blasting vibration on the existing tunnel when adjacent to the existing tunnel construction.
