铁路隧道建筑限界快速检测技术研究与应用

摘    要:铁路隧道建筑限界检测是确保运输安全的一个重要环节。本文基于三维激光扫描技术,提出了一种快速铁路隧道建筑限界检测技术。首先利用三维激光扫描仪等设备进行数据采集,然后经数据分析提取隧道断面轮廓线,进而判别侵限点是否存在,最终得到隧道限界断面图、隧道综合最小建筑限界尺寸表等成果。在既有线铁路隧道中的应用经验表明,与传统隧道建筑限界检测技术相比,该检测技术应用更便捷,检测结果更准确。

Abstract:Railway tunnel construction clearance detection is an important link to ensure transport safety. Based on 3D laser scanning technology,a fast railway tunnel construction clearance detection technology was proposed in this paper.Firstly,three-dimensional laser scanner and other equipment were used to collect data,then the prof ile of tunnel section was extracted by data analysis,and then the existence of intrusion point was judged,finally the results of tunnel clearance section map and tunnel comprehensive minimum building clearance size table were obtained.The application experience in existing railway tunnels shows that the application of this detection technology is more convenient and the detection results are more accurate by comparing with the traditional tunnel construction clearance detection technology.
