摘    要:基于对深厚地层套管、水泥环的理论研究,建立了非均匀地应力下套壳料力学模型进行弹性分析并推导套壳料的应力分布表达式,结合第四强度准则讨论注浆压力和侧压力系数对套壳料开环的影响。研究结果表明:袖阀管注浆开环压力小于套壳料的养护强度,随着侧压力系数的增大所需的注浆压力也增大。理论推导的袖阀管注浆开环压力和汉宜(武汉—宜昌)高速铁路施工测量数据相吻合。研究结果对完善袖阀管注浆技术和确定注浆压力有实用价值。

Abstract:Based on deep stratum casing,cement ring and other theoretical research,the mechanical model of casing material under non-uniform ground stress is established.Elastic analysis is conducted and the stress distribution equation for casing material is deduced.The effect of the grouting pressure and lateral stress coeff icient on casing material open-loop is discussed based on the four-strength criterion.The research results show that the open-loop pressure of the sleeve valve tube grouting is less than the curing strength of the casing,and the grouting pressure will increase with the lateral pressure coeff icient .The theoretic deduction of the sleeve valve grouting open-loop pressure coincides with the construction measuring data of the Wuhan-Yichang high speed railway.The research result is meaningful for improvement of sleeve valve pipe grouting and determination of grouting pressure.
