摘    要:针对新型轨道巡检仪在地铁整体道床上的实际应用,结合整体道床的结构特点,提出一种新的扣件定位办法。首先对图片进行压缩处理,然后对压缩后图片进行Sobel边缘检测,再将处理后的图片灰度投影至y轴,确定钢轨位置;最后将钢轨作为垂直坐标轴,结合扣件安装间隔规律,对扣件进行垂向定位。试验表明,该方法能有效对新型巡检仪在地铁整体道床上拍摄的图片中的扣件进行定位,且具有较高效率及准确率。

Abstract:In view of the application of the new track inspection instrument in the integral track bed of the metro a new fastener location method was proposed considering the structural characteristics of the integral track bed.The Sobel edge detection was carried out after the picture was compressed.Next the gray level of the processed image was projected to the y axis to determine the rail position.Finally the rail was regarded as the vertical coordinate axis and the fastener was positioned vertically according to the fastener installation spacing.The results show that this method can effectively locate the fasteners of the pictures taken by the new inspection instrument on the integral track bed.Its high efficiency and accuracy are verified.
