摘    要:以沪昆铁路下行线湘潭桥为监测对象,采用激光扫描监测技术并结合视频技术、AIS(Automatic Identification System)、VHF(Very High Frequency)通讯等技术,开展对船舶识别算法的研究。通过对船舶高度和运行轨迹的综合分析,预判行进中船舶撞击桥梁梁体和桥墩的可能性并及时进行预警、报警,实时记录船舶通行的图像视频,并通过AIS结合船用电台实现对船舶身份的识别和预警,从而建立了一套基于先进监测技术、自动化、模块化的桥梁防撞监测系统。

Abstract:Taking Xiangtan bridge on Shanghai-Kunming railway downlink as the monitoring object,the research on ship recognition algorithm was carried out by using laser scanning monitoring technology combined with video technology,AIS(Automatic Identif ication System)technology and VHF(Very High Frequency)communication technology.Through the comprehensive analysis of ship height and operational trajectory,the possibility of collision between ship and girder and pier was predicted,and the early warning and alarm were carried out in time.The image and video of the passage of ship were recorded in real time.The identif ication and early warning of ship identity were realized through AIS combined with marine radio.A set of bridge collision prevention monitoring system based on advanced monitoring technology,automation and modularization was established.
