摘    要:受相关因素的影响,一高速铁路CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道采用的SK-2型轨枕出现了成段开裂现象,严重影响了行车安全。依据相关规范对SK-2型双块式轨枕的混凝土抗压强度、轨枕挡肩混凝土抗剪能力、轨枕承轨台纵向抗剪能力进行了受力检算,并结合该高速铁路线路实际情况提出了病害整治方案。结果表明:在承受的最不利荷载作用下,SK-2型双块式轨枕的混凝土抗压强度、轨枕挡肩混凝土抗剪能力、轨枕承轨台纵向抗剪能力均满足要求,轨枕的设计满足本线使用要求,建议整治时更换的新轨枕维持原设计;结合现场实际,提出了单根轨枕更换及通过拆除道床板实现轨枕连续更换的病害整治方案。

Abstract:Affected by relevant factors,the SK-2 sleeper used in the CRTS Ⅰ bi-block ballastless track of high speed railway has a segmental cracking phenomenon,which seriously affects the driving safety.According to the relevant specif ications,the concrete compressive strength of the SK-2 bi-block sleeper,the concrete shear capacity of the sleeper shoulder and the longitudinal shear capacity of the sleeper rail-bearing platform were calculated and checked.Combined with the actual situation of the high speed railway line,the disease remediation scheme was proposed.The results show that under the action of most unfavorable load,the concrete compressive strength of the SK-2 bi-block sleeper,the concrete shear capacity of the sleeper shoulder and the longitudinal shear capacity of the sleeper rail-bearing platform meet the requirements,and the sleeper design meets the requirements of this line.It is suggested that the replacement of new sleeper maintains original design while remediation.Combined with the actual situation,the disease remediation schemes of single sleeper replacement and continuous sleeper replacement by removing slab were put forward.
