甬金线双高箱集装箱运输建筑限界适应性分析

摘    要:双高箱集装运输作为双层集装箱运输的一种形式,在提高运输能力的同时,便于集装箱的管理,是未来铁路集装箱运输发展的方向。通过利用SIMPACK软件对装载双高箱集装箱的X2K和X2H两种车型进行仿真分析,计算得到在最不利工况下车体的横向和垂向最大偏移量,结合仿真分析结果和理论计算推导出双高箱集装箱运输的基本限界,同时对甬金线隧道、桥梁、接触网等结构设施与双高箱集装箱运输限界的适应性进行了分析,并提出了相应的建议。推算出双高箱集装箱基本限界最大高度值在双层集装箱运输铁路基本限界原设计值基础上增加305 mm,双高箱集装箱运输车辆的基本建筑限界宽度值仍可采用既有规范中规定的最大宽度要求值。

Abstract:As a form of double-stack container transport,double-stack high container transport is a development direction of railway container transport in the future,which can improve transport capacity and is easy to be managed.By using SIMPACK,the simulation analysis was carried out to two types of vehicles such as X2K and X2H which loaded double-stack high containers to obtain the maximum lateral and vertical displacements of vehicle body under the most unfavorable conditions.Combined with the simulation analysis results and theoretical calculation,the basic construction clearance of double-stack high container was deduced,at the same time,the adaptability of structures such as tunnels,bridges and overhead contact lines and construction clearance of double-stack container transport in Ningbo-Jinhua railway were analyzed.On this basis,the corresponding suggestions were put forward.It is figured out that the maximum height of basic construction clearance of double-stack high container can be increased by 305mm on the basis of the original design value of basic construction clearance of the double-stack container transport railway.The basic construction clearance width of transport vehicle of double-stack high container can still use the maximum width of the existing specification.
